Like it’s higher-end siblings, Box Threeâ„¢ Hubs are made from a 6061-T6 aluminum alloy that is cold-forged for peak strength performance to weight ratio. Each rear hub includes a Shimano-compatible, chromoly cassette body that allows for simple and easy chainline adjustment on the fly, and each set comes with a 16-tooth chromoly cog, spacers and a lock ring. But the key component that makes them so special is a unique freehub body that features three pawls, each with twelve teeth that provide a total of 120 points of engagement. Very Few hubs on the market today at this price range can compete with the Box Three Pro Hubset technology.
